The Condominio Oriente is located right on the first row of the sandy beach in the central part of Lignano Sabbiadoro, right on the seafront promenade and just a few steps from the centre. The nine-storey residence has an elevator, the numbered parking lot is about 300 m away. The apartments are equipped with TV, air conditioning, microwave, large fridge-freezer and coffee machine.

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
