Condominio Milano is situated in a quiet location about 200 m from the sandy beach and close to the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro. A lift and a numbered parking space are available for guests. Completely renovated during the winter 2016/2017, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a security door, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, safe, TV and air conditioning. On request, wifi available for a fee of 4 €/day, if interested it must be booked when booking (this is the so-called Light Wifi, no download/streaming)
Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
