Built in 2013, the elegant 4-storey Bellarosa is centrally located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, just 90 metres from the sandy beach. It offers new carefully and comfortably furnished apartments, with security door, TV Sat, air conditioning, safe and microwave, even with dishwasher and washing machine, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, hair dryer and electric blinds. Guests have access to a numbered car park and a lift. Free WI-FI - one access code for each apartment, another for a fee (this is so called Light Wifi, no downloading/streaming).
Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
