Sunbeach's elegant five-storey apartment building is right on the beach promenade in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, opposite Terazza Mare. Guests have access to a lift and numbered parking in the garage or outside (for cars only, not SUVs or minibuses). All apartments are newly equipped with security door, TV, air conditioning, safe, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee machine and balcony

In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
