Residence Negritella Cavalese. The residence with only 8 apartments is located in the centre of Cavalese, close to shops (the supermarket is just below the residence), restaurants and bars, the public swimming pool, the skating area and 900 m from the lifts to the Alpe Cermis ski resort. Guests can use the residence's ski storage room, terrace, uncovered parking and garage (1 parking space per apartment is included in the price). The ski bus stop is right in front of the residence. The apartments are equipped with bathroom, TV, kitchenette with fridge, stove, oven, washing machine.

Stay with small dog is possible for a fee of 20€.

The layout of beds in the apartments may differ from the description.

In case of arrival or departure between 22:00 - 07:00, a fee of 50 € will be charged.
