The new modern complex Villaggio Green Bay is located on the outskirts of Pineto in the Foggetta area, about 1 km from the centre and about 200 m from the beach (you have to go under the railway). This is a more secluded location, the nearest shop is approx. 500 m from the residence, a supermarket 2 km and the centre of Pineto 3 km. The complex consists of several multi-storey residences, parking (30 €/week) or garage (50 €/week) on request for a fee, free wifi, common laundry (for a fee) and above all a spacious swimming pool with sun terrace (open approx. 6/6 - 5/9)
