Holiday Club Residence is located in the central part of Alba Adriatica, approximately 500 metres from the beach. There are two swimming pools (open from 16/5 to 19/9) - one with a slide and one with a hydro massage, a sun terrace, a common garden with barbecue, a ping-pong table and a children's playground. Free wifi, laundry and bike rental for a fee, free unattended parking.
Accommodation with dog (small or medium size, not allowed in common areas) is possible for a fee of 50 €/week, payable locally - to be notified at the time of booking.
The apartments are distributed in three buildings and have been completely renovated during winter 2020, all have a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, TV, clothes dryer and balcony (some with garden view).
Linen and towels are free on arrival and can be exchanged for a fee during a longer stay.
