Residence Il Triangolo Roseto degli Abruzzi. Built in 2007, Residence Il Triangolo is a few steps from the beach in Cologna Spiaggia - between Roseto and Giulianova Lido. There is a bar, restaurant (half-board or full-board available) and football pitches, tennis courts and cycle paths in the surrounding area. Approximately 100 m from the residence there is a free beach with sand and pebbles, a paid beach is 500 m away, the nearest shops are 1 km away and the town of Roseto is 5 km away. There are 24 apartments in two buildings - a three-storey building with lift (in this building there are Bilo and Trilo apartments, ground floor + first floor + second floor) and a two-storey building (in this building there are Mono and Bilo apartments, ground floor + first floor) without lift, swimming pool (open approx. 3.7 - 28.8), sunbathing area in the garden, unnumbered parking, token laundry, free wifi

Stay with small dog on request upon booking (for a fee of 40 €/week).

From 3.7 to 28.8 a club card of 50 €/apt/week is compulsory on site. The club card includes 1 parasol + 2 sun loungers in the garden, swimming pool, air conditioning, linen and baby club.

Ubytování fajn, pláž taky, jen místo trochu zklamalo.

    Rezidence bez chyb, jen kdyby byla v trochu jiném místě.Nebylo kam se jít projít, abychom nemuseli po silnici.Do obchodu to bylo pěšky daleko, jezdili jsme jen autem.

    Pan na recepci byl milý a ochotný.

Velmi hezké místo pro klidnou dovolenou… Jedině co ten klid trochu kazilo, byla dvě hřiště, kde se denně hrál fotbal. Takže množství aut přijíždějících přímo před hřiště a následně hlučnost místních fotbalistů byla pro nás - seniory nepříjemná. Mít okna a balkon otočený směrem k moři bychom příště uvítali! Bazén byl fajn! Velmi cenná byla pěkná zahrada s lehátky a slunečníkem, kde každý apartmán měl své místo! Pláž též pěkná, s pozvolným vstupem do moře a sympatické bylo, že nikdy nebyla přelidněná! Úroveň restaurace - výborná! Celkově spokojenost - doporučuji!
