The Grand Eurhotel Residence is a depandance of the adjacent Grand Hotel Montesilvano, to which it is connected by a passageway. It is located in the central part of Montesilvano, right in the first row of the sandy beach
For guests there is a reception and lobby with wifi, a restaurant and bar, two lifts, a tennis court, free public parking (subject to availability) and above all an outdoor swimming pool (open from approximately 5/6 to 4/9), a children's pool, a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers (subject to availability)
From the beginning of May to the end of September (depending on the weather) the price also includes beach service for each apartment: umbrella, sun lounger and deck chair.
All apartments are modernly furnished, with private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, equipped kitchenette with fridge and electric double cooker, safe, air conditioning and spacious balcony.
Between 12/6 and 18/9 a mandatory club card fee of € 35/person/week (from 3 years of age) is payable locally.
