Grand Eurhotel Residence is located in the heart of the popular resort of Montesilvano, just a few steps from the sandy beach. The city of Pescara is just a 10-minute drive away. The 9-storey building is decorated in a modern style. All apartments have a private bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, balcony, TV, hairdryer, minibar, safe and kitchenette.
Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a restaurant, bar, garden, swimming pool, beach service, tennis courts, animation programme and kids club. Free public, unguarded parking is available (until spaces run out). Small pets are allowed at an extra cost and a refundable deposit is required (to be declared at the time of booking). Final cleaning and club card are not included in the price and must be paid on site. The club card entitles guests to access to the pool and use of the umbrella and sun loungers on the beach (from the third row onwards).
