The newly renovated Residence Casa Marizzoni is located in the resort of Pejo in the Val di Sole area, about 250 m from the Tarlenta station, where you can take the new Pejo 3000 cable car to the top of the Val della Mite, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park at the foot of the Ortles Cevedale, about 350 m from the thermal baths of Pejo. It is the ideal place to spend a quiet holiday.
The residence has 5 apartments in typical mountain style with modern and functional facilities. Guests have access to a ski storage room, a garage on request for a fee of 40 €/week and a shared laundry room (for a fee, washing machine and dryer, iron + ironing board and clothes dryer). All apartments have private bathroom and balcony, TV, wifi connection, microwave, dishwasher.
Guests can use the services of the Residence Hotel Santa Maria, approximately 50 m away, where there is a reception and also a small wellness centre with swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. Breakfast can also be purchased there (approx. 50 €/person/week or 10 €/person/day).
