Villa Giardini with four apartments is situated in a quiet location in Lignano Pineta, approximately 500 m from the sandy beach (nearest sectors 7, 7bis and 8) and close to the shops. There is a shared garden for guests, a parking space for one car (not SUV/minibus) for each apartment and a shared washing machine.
The apartments are simply furnished, with private bathroom and equipped kitchenette, TV, safe, microwave, large fridge/freezer and air conditioning. On request, wifi is available for a fee of 4 €/day, in case of interest it must be ordered when booking (this is the so-called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
