Condominio Torre Bahia is located in the central part of Lignano Sabbiadoro, approximately 400 metres from the sandy beach and 250 metres from the pedestrian area. It is a new modern residence, with lift and numbered parking spaces. The apartments are elegantly furnished, all with air conditioning, TV Sat, security door and safe, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge and washing machine.

In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
