The small Condominio Pasubio is located approximately 400 metres from the sandy beach and just 200 metres from the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro. There is no parking at the house. The apartment has a TV and washing machine, air conditioning can also be added. On request, wifi is available for a fee of 4 €/day, in case of interest it must be ordered already when booking (this is the so-called Light Wifi, no download/streaming)
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
