The popular modern residence Appartamenti Nashira (opened in July 2018, block B will be open from 2022) is located right in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro in Piazza Fontana, about 150 m from the sandy beach. For guests there is a lift and two parking spaces for each apartment (only for cars, no minibus). The apartments are modern and comfortably furnished, with TV Sat, air conditioning, security door and safe, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, hairdryer and coffee machine.

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 15 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
