The new elegant Residence Mare with lift, built in 2012, consists of 10 apartments, located just 50 m from the beach and right in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro. The building was built using the latest technology and renewable resources in accordance with organic principles. All the apartments are modern and comfortably furnished, with security doors, TV, air conditioning/heating, safe, microwave, large fridge/freezer, hairdryer, electric blinds and coffee machine. Each apartment has 1 parking space in a parking lot 100 m from the residence

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
