The apartments are practically furnished and have a small covered balcony, TV, microwave, washing machine and air conditioning. There is a lift and unnumbered parking for guests (pending availability, cannot be booked in advance), and there are shops on the ground floor of the residence.

Die Abwicklung der Buchung war sehr professionell, verständlich und prompt.
Die Entfernungsangabe von der Wohnung zum Strand von 500 m stimmte zwar, aber die Zuordnung des Strandservices in Strand-Abteilung 3, Nr. N105, war eine Zumutung bzw. für uns eine Katastrophe: Weiter Weg und direkt neben Fun-Park mit lauter Musik und Geschrei. Dieser Platz wäre gut geeignet für Eltern mit KINDERN, aber nicht für ein Ehepaar. Keine Möglichkeit, den Strandplatz zu ändern!
