The new modern residence Holiday Rendez Vous with 58 apartments is located amidst green surroundings 200 m from the sandy beach and 200 m from the centre of Pineto. It is a 5-storey building with lift, reception, parking and garage (until spaces are exhausted, parking 30 €/week, garage 50 €/week) and above all a spacious swimming pool (approx. from 1/6 to 12/9) with sun terrace. A railway runs between the residence and the beach. The apartments are comfortably furnished, have TV and washing machine, with the possibility of air conditioning for an extra 50 €/week. Accommodation with small dogs allowed for a fee of 30 €/week (to be reported in advance). Wifi throughout the residence free of charge.
