Residence Capri Martinsicuro - Villa Rosa. The three-storey Residence Capri (no lift) is located in Villa Rosa - Martinsicuro, close to the resort centre and approximately 300 metres from the sandy beach. For guests there is wifi, parking for a fee of approx. 10 €/week or garage 20 €/week. Possibility to stay with a small or medium sized dog for a fee of 30 €/week.
The apartments are simply and practically furnished, all with private bathroom and kitchenette, they have TV, washing machine, clothes dryer and balcony (for apartments on the floor) or for an extra charge a garden or patio (for apartments on the ground floor, to be requested when booking).

Mandatory sojourn tax of approx. € 1/person/day (from the age of 14 years) is payable locally.

Vydařená dovolená, v našem termínu málo lidí. květen/červen. Doporučuji.
  • Position:
    Příjemné místo, není zde tak hustá zástavba. Městečko působí čistě a útulně. V blízkosti dosažitelné v pohodě pěšky je nákupní centrum.
  • Staff:
    V místní agentuře příjemný personál.
  • facilities of accommodation (hotel, residence):
    Bylo super, že jsme měli objednané stání v garáži. Auto tak nebylo vystavené na slunci. Avizované WiFi připojení bohužel moc nefungovalo. Ale na to jsme v Itálii zvyklí. Za objektem hřiště na líný tenis(padel). Někomu by mohlo vadit, ale nás to nijak neobtěžovalo. Navíc je to kryté.

    Vybavení naprosto dostačující. Koupelna v pohodě. Sprchový uzavíratelný kout poměrně malý pro silnější postavy. Ale stačilo. Teplá voda tekla v pohodě, karma na balkoně. Super byla pračka k dispozici. Pozor na vaření je k dispozici jen plynový dvouhořák, ale elektrická multifunkční trouba. My jsme byli 3 dospělí, tak stačilo.
  • Beach:
    Pláž kousek pěšky, čistá, udržovaná, měli jsme i plážový servis.
  • Sport and entertainment:
    Rovná a dlouhá cyklotrasa podél pláže, pro ty co se chtějí jen tak projet na kole. Pro cyklisty trasy do kopců. Možnost krásných výletů po okolí.
  • Board:
    Vlastní, v okolí jsou otevřené restaurace v poledne i večer.
