The modern three-storey building has undergone a complete renovation, there is a reception desk, common laundry, lift, parking (on request, for a fee of approx. 20 €/week), free wifi throughout the residence.
All apartments are fully furnished, have a kitchenette, private bathroom including bidet and hairdryer, TV, microwave and coffee maker, balcony and air conditioning.
On request, it is possible to stay with a small or medium-sized dog for a fee of approx. 30 €/week.
