The natural area of Capo Vaticano is considered as the most beautiful one from the whole Calabria. It is famous for its sandy beaches, rocky reefs and the crystal clear sea. It is near the historical town Tropea located in the west at a rocky spit of land between the gulfs Golfo di S. Eufemia and Golfo di Gioia Tauro, it is possible to see the Lipari Islands from the coastline or even the largest island of Italy - Sicily.
Capo Vaticano also offers an insight into the traditional style of living of southern Italians, which is full of traditions. There are many concerts, theatre and dance performances and various exhibitions during the summer.
Everyone will enjoy the holidays in here - you can relax at the small beaches and swim in the clear water or you can dive and snorchle around the grottos, reefs and undersea caves.

How did we spend our vacation in Capo Vaticano
We always enjoy our holidays. We like it so much that we always come to Caorle and only with Italieonline. The travel with a bus was even better this year thanks to the great bus drivers. We have also experienced the celebrations of Madona, which takes place every 5 years. The whole Caorle was nicely decorated as shown on our pictures.
The accomodation is very close to the beach,we had two small children and it's 3 min walking .a lot of trees and vegetation around so very nice and shadey.the kitchen has a everything you need for a holiday and a big balcony.tge only downside is the mosquitoes ???? who are terrible.
