Residence Giardino is located right on the sandy beach in a quiet area of Bellaria Igea Marina, close to shops and restaurants. Guests have at their disposal a reception, two lifts, swimming pool, sun terrace, laundry service for tokens, fenced garden, outdoor parking 500 m from the residence free of charge or garage for an extra charge of 70 €/week, wifi, animation, free bike rental. All apartments are comfortably equipped with bathroom, kitchenette, wifi connection, TV, safe and balcony.
There is a compulsory club card fee of €100/apartment, which includes access to the swimming pools, outdoor parking space in a private car park approx. 900m from the residence, bike rental, animation programmes (in IT) and wifi. A numbered parking space directly at the residence is available for a fee of 90€ for a covered parking space or 50€ for an uncovered parking space. An electric car charger is also available to guests at the residence.
A smaller pet is allowed on request for a fee of 80€/week.
Groups of young people must be notified in advance at the time of booking (higher deposit of € 250 and mandatory final cleaning fee of approx. € 100).
For bookings paid by 28.2.2024 you will receive free beach service (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds), otherwise can be purchased for approx. 80-150 € (depending on the date and row of umbrellas). Shortened stays from 3 nights are possible on request.

Klidné městečko, kam jezdi odpočívat převážně Italové. Hotel blízko pláže a blízko železniční stanice se snadnou dostupnosti do Rimini.

Hotel v pořádku, jen vchod do hotelu mohl by byt o něco hezčí. A dětsky koutek mohl by byt lepe vybaveny.

vše OK, nic nám nechybělo, kryté parkování, výhodou byla možnost půjčení kol

animační programy pro klienty jak v areálu residence tak např.jóga na pláži, perfektní.
Více možností sport. vyžití jako paddleboardy, šlapadla, kola, apod....
Po výměně apartmánu (prostřednictvím vaší asistenční služby) jsme byli spokojeni a klidně by jsme na stejné místo jeli znovu. Původní apartmán 1E měl vyvedeno odsávání z kuchyně restaurace u balkónu a bylo to cítit v celém apartmánu.
