Residence Lungomare

Residence Lungomare is located in Riccione. The Residence offers guests accommodation in self-contained apartments, while offering the quality services of a four-star hotel.
All apartments are located near the town's harbour and between 50 and 350 metres from the Lungomare Hotel, the Suite Hotel Maestrale and the Mon Cheri Hotel. Also within approximately 400 metres of the apartments is the beach "Le Palme" 88-89, which guests can use on request at an additional cost. On the beach there are two swimming pools (for adults and for children), a relaxation area and hot tubs. An animation programme is provided for children. It is recommended to book a place on the beach in advance.
Guests can use the electric car charging station and rent children's equipment (for a fee).
A stay with a small dog can be arranged on request (charges apply).
Meals are available on request at one of the nearby hotels, which offer breakfast (BB), half board (HB) or full board (FB) in the form of a breakfast buffet and à la carte lunch and dinner menus.
The price of the apartments includes: rent, energy consumption, final cleaning, towel and linen rental, one parking space in the unguarded parking lot, the possibility to take lunch/dinner from the restaurant to the room and Wi-Fi connection in the apartments. Some apartments also include beach access, daily cleaning and linen change.
Guests are required to pay a sojourn tax on site.
