The 12-apartment residence is located right on the seafront promenade in the southern part of San Benedetto del Tronto, called Porto d'Ascoli
All apartments have a balcony overlooking the sea (some with side view) or the promenade, TV, safe, air conditioning (for a fee of 50 EUR/week), parking space (for a fee of 25 €/week) and garage parking is available on request (50 €/week). In addition, a shared washing machine is available to clients.
Beach service - umbrella and 2 chairs/apartment is on request
No refundable deposit is required, the client is obliged to hand over the apartment in good order and pay for any damages.
A sojourn tax of approx. 1.50 €/person/day is payable on arrival (children up to 12 years old free of charge).
