San Benedetto del Tronto.
Residence Danubio is located in San Benedetto del Tronto, about 80 m from the sandy beach. The building is situated next to shops and restaurants. Guests have at their disposal a reception, a garden, a bar and wi-fi. A parking space is available on request for a fee of 50 EUR/week
The apartments are comfortably furnished, all have a bathroom and air conditioning. Some apartments have a balcony (on request upon booking, extra charge EUR 30).
Staying with a dog is upon request (free of charge).
No refundable deposit is required, the client is obliged to hand over the apartment in good order and pay for any damages.
Since 15.6.2012 the resort of San Benedetto has introduced a residence tax (tourist tax). At Residence Il Lauro, the tax is payable locally on arrival at € 6/person/day (children under 12 years old are free of charge).
