Residence Mare

The very popular Residence Mare, with 24 apartments and a swimming pool, is located next to a pebbly beach in the quiet resort of Lido San Tommaso. The residence is about 900 m from the centre of the town with shops and restaurants, a short walk from the cycle path connecting Civitanova Marche and Porto Sant'Elpidio. Guests have at their disposal a free swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball and basketball court, children's playground, communal barbecue area, bar, restaurant/pizzeria with take away, free wi-fi in public areas, animation (in Italian, only in July-August) and reserved parking. There is a railway line about 50 m behind the residence (towards the sea), but it is screened from the residence by other apartment buildings
Beach service can be purchased - 1 umbrella and two chairs or sun loungers are included in the rental price. Smaller pets are allowed for a fee of 25 €/week, must be requested in advance. There is also a small restaurant and bar right on the premises where guests can order half or full board.
The apartments are of the bilo and trilo type on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a balcony, since 2018 all newly with TV and air conditioning.
For a fee 88 €/week it is possible to add an extra bed-cot to some apartments (free for children up to 5.99 years old), to be requested in advance when booking.
