Set in two restored 16th-century historic buildings, Residence Borgo da Mare is located in the historic centre of Monteprandone, a small fortified town overlooking the coast at San Benedetto del Tronto. The distance to the beach is about 4 km. Open all year round, the residence consists of eleven houses or entrances with apartments, some may be two-storeyed, the distribution of beds in each apartment may vary from the description. Guests have access to a garden with a small swimming pool with hydromassage, a bar and a barbecue. There are also common areas with TV, free wi-fi, fitness room, common laundry, small spa, covered parking on request for a fee. Tennis courts are 50 m from the residence, golf course 20 km away. Parking is available right under the residence, or a covered parking space can be arranged (to be booked at the time of booking).
