Located in Montecosaro in the Marche region, Villa due Pini is less than 1 km from the historic centre and about 7 km from the sea. Raffaello Sanzio Airport in Ancona is approximately 60 km away. The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children under 12 years old.
The recently renovated Villa originally dates back to the late 19th century. It consists of three floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room (Ex Stalla) with table, chairs, two sofas and TV, bathroom, laundry room and living kitchen (fully equipped with appliances - oven, stove, fridge and coffee machine). On the first floor there is another living room with two sofas, armchair and fireplace, a small bedroom with one bed, three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. On the attic floor there is a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.
The Villa has free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a courtyard of about 1600 m2, a poolside BBQ, a period wood-burning stove, a table with seating, umbrella and sun loungers. The property offers car rental through Avis and Europcar, taxi service and boat trips around the area.
Accommodation with pets is available on request (extra charge). Smoking is allowed in the Villa.
Guests are required to pay a residence tax as well as a security deposit of 500 euros.
