The residence is set amidst beautiful Mediterranean vegetation right by one of the most beautiful beaches (approx. 350 m) in the Capo Vaticano area, on the Grotticelle beach, 9 km from the town of Tropea, which offers both evening entertainment and shops and restaurants. The residence is ideal for lovers of evening walks on the beach. Guests have at their disposal a bar with TV, pizzeria, restaurant, swimming pool (04/05-28/09), children's pool, tennis courts (10 €/h), table tennis, parking, Wi-Fi, mini-market open approx. from 20.06 to 15.09, animations (July, August) and a minibus which provides a transfer from the beach approx. 350 m away. Beach service in the period 24/06 - 15/09 for a fee of approx. 20-25 €/day (until capacity is exhausted), free on other dates.

The residence belongs to the Hotel Groticelle, they have a common reception. Small pets are allowed for a fee of € 10 (on request).
