Il Mirto Residence is located in the residential area of Cala Capra, a short walk from the Roccia dell'Orso rock formation, 4 km from Palau. Just 250-400 metres from the apartments there are two sandy beaches, on one of which guests can use the beach service for an extra charge (in July and August 40 €/day, in other months 30 €/day).
In addition to the beautiful accommodation in the apartments with veranda, the residence also offers a number of interesting services. These include: reception, swimming pool, sun loungers around the pool, showers, toilets and changing rooms by the pool, airport transfer (for a fee), unguarded free parking and electric car charging station (for a fee). Guests can take advantage of other external services such as: excursions around the area, tennis court, diving courses, car, bike and boat rental, or sport fishing.
During the periods when the neighbouring Hotel Capo d'Orso is open, guests can also use the piano bar, the Thalasso & SPA centre, the 9-hole golf course Pitch & Putt and the restaurant "Gli Olivastri" (reservation required, subject to availability).
Accommodation is self-catering, with the possibility to buy lunch and dinner at the Cala Capra restaurant (charges apply, reservation required).
Sea-view accommodation can be arranged on request for a fee.
