Residence Seaside is located about 100 m from the sandy beach in San Benedetto del Tronto. The apartments are simply and efficiently furnished, all with a balcony or garden. There is a lift at the high-rise building. The complex has a bar, pizzeria, parking (for a fee of €50, payable locally) and swimming pool (July and August only + limited to approx 4 hours per day), tennis courts at an additional cost.
A sojourn tax is payable locally on arrival - the amount is € 1-2/person/day (children under 12 free of charge).
