Residence Seaside is located about 100 m from the sandy beach in San Benedetto del Tronto. The apartments are simply and efficiently furnished, all with a balcony or garden. There is a lift at the high-rise building. The complex offers guests a bar, a pizzeria, parking (for a fee of approx. 70 €/week, payable locally) and a swimming pool (July and August only + limited operation to approx. 4 hours per day), tennis courts at an additional cost.
A sojourn tax must be paid locally on arrival - the amount is approx. 1.50 - 2 €/person/day (children up to 12 years old free of charge).
