Ponte di Legno is a picturesque Alpine town located in the Lombardy region, in the heart of the Italian Alps, close to the border with Trentino. It lies in a valley surrounded by high mountains and is known for its beautiful nature, which offers a wide range of opportunities for outdoor activities throughout the year.

In winter, Ponte di Legno is part of the Adamello Ski Resort, one of the largest ski areas in northern Italy. The resort offers a wide range of slopes for skiers and snowboarders of all levels, as well as opportunities for cross-country skiers. In summer, the town and its surroundings become a paradise for tourists who can enjoy hiking, cycling and mountain hikes, with beautiful panoramic views.

The historic centre of Ponte di Legno is picturesque, with traditional Alpine houses and narrow streets that give the place an authentic character. The town is also famous for its thermal springs, which are the perfect place to relax after a hard day in the mountains. In addition to sporting activities and natural beauty, the town also offers cultural attractions such as local museums and traditional festivals.

Ponte di Legno is also an excellent base for visiting the Adamello National Park, which is known for its biodiversity and wildlife. There are also historical monuments in the area, including military forts from the First World War, which add to the historical importance of the region.
