The popular Residence Albare is situated right by the slopes in Marilleva 1400 in the Val di Sole area, with connections to the ski areas of Folgarida/Marilleva (approx. 50 km of slopes), Daolasa and Madonna di Campiglio/Pinzolo (approx. 86 km of slopes). The excellent location right on the slopes allows you to go skiing and your car can stay parked in its place all week. Guests will also find a ski storage room, a Wi-Fi room in the shopping centre, shops and two restaurants.
The apartments have a TV, telephone, reserved parking space and ski box.
All apartments have a bedroom separated from the living area only by a furniture wall or a sliding door. Small dogs are allowed (to be requested at the time of booking) for a fee of 50 €/week. Dogs are not allowed in common areas and must not disturb other guests.
For New Year's Eve dates, the refundable security deposit increases to 200 €/apartment
In the resort of Marilleva a residence tax of approx. 1 €/person/day is charged , payable locally (children under 14 years free of charge).
