Rating of the resort
Cavalese is the historic and administrative town of the Val di Fiemme region. It is a smaller and quieter resort situated on a natural terrace of river-glacial origin.
Cavalese is the seat of the main services and offices in the valley. It is a popular ski resort in winter and an ideal place for a quiet holiday in the countryside in summer. Some of the local monuments are also worth seeing.
