Processing is conducted via OpenAI as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place between Italieonline and OpenAI. Data transfers outside the EU (to the U.S.) are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) under Article 46 GDPR.

Users should not submit special categories of data as defined in Article 9 GDPR (e.g. health status, passwords, card numbers) unless absolutely necessary.
