Moena is situated at an altitude of 1184 m above sea level, situated between the Val di Fiemme and Fassa valleys. It is one of the most famous areas for both downhill and cross-country skiing. It is also part of the three valleys or Trevalli (Alpe di Lusia/Bellamonte - with 100 km of slopes and 3 snowparks, Passo San Pellegrino/Falcade - with 64 km of slopes).
Every year the world-famous Marcialonga, a 70 km cross-country race, and the Rampilonga, a legendary 42 km cycling marathon, start here.
100 km of slopes and 26 lifts make this town interesting. In summer, Moena is a destination that also offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Alpine peaks .
