Residence Valpiccola is located in Pecol in the Veneto Region, around 500 metres from Ski Civetta Ski Resort. It is a recently built residence with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. It offers a total of 16 modernly furnished apartments for 4-5 people. There is an elevator, free parking, laundry room (fee), outdoor barbecue and ski storage at the foot of the Pecol di Zoldo lift, which is approximately 200 metres away (2-3 couples, more couples on request). In addition, all guests have unlimited use of the swimming pool at Dolomia SPA (by prior reservation) and 1 entry/person/stay to the wellness centre. In the winter season, the Civetta Card is also included.
Pets are allowed on request and for a fee of € 100. Final cleaning does not include cleaning of the kitchenette (always the responsibility of the clients).
