What can you expect at BrodettoFest 2025?
The festival will offer a rich programme including cooking shows with renowned chefs, guided tastings and competitions. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste different variations of brodetto and other fish soups from different Italian regions.
The festival also includes a national competition where chefs from all over Italy will compete for the title of best brodetto. The finalists will be selected by an expert jury and the public and will showcase their culinary skills during the finals on 31 May and 1 June.
New this year is an area dedicated to mussels, where visitors will learn more about this ingredient and taste dishes in which they play a major role.
The festival will also offer an accompanying programme: boat trips, workshops for children, scientific lectures, art exhibitions, live music and other cultural events.
