How does it work?
You share the link on Facebook, your blog, forum, etc. Your personal identifier is placed in the link. If someone comes to the www.italieonline.eu website via that link and makes a booking within 30 days, we use the identifier to tell us to send the voucher to you.
What is the value of the voucher?
The value of the voucher depends on the price of the booking that the client makes - at the total cost of the booking:
Up to 14.000,- CZK, the value of the voucher is 300,- CZK
Up to 28.000,- CZK the value of the voucher is 500,- CZK
Over CZK 28,000, the value of the voucher is CZK 1,000
You will be notified by email when the voucher is issued.
The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue and can be combined with the review discount. The voucher is non-transferable and will be deducted as a one-off discount on a new booking. The voucher cannot be cashed in or used as a top-up on an existing booking.

Insert a link to italieonline.eu in your blog or forum with your identifier. We have emailed you the link or you can find it in your profile.
Send link by email
Send a link to your friends with your identifier or add it to your signature.

Frequently asked questions and answers
Who can join this program and collect vouchers?
Vouchers can be collected by any user registered on italieonline.eu with at least one valid holiday booking who has received an email invitation to join the programme. The email has been sent automatically for new bookings since the launch of the program and will be gradually sent to all other clients who have a reservation for the 2019 season.
How does the identifier work?
If you are logged in to italieonline.eu and click on the Facebook share or recommend button, you don't have to worry about anything, the system will add your identifier itself. However, if you share a link on a blog or forum, always make sure that it includes your identifier (we have emailed it to you or you can have it re-generated in your profile). If the identifier is missing, the system cannot record the booking and issue you a voucher.
What happens if a client comes across multiple such links with an identifier?
The system always records only the last identifier before the booking is made, so a voucher will be sent to this user.
When and how do I get the voucher?
Vouchers are recorded in the booking system and information about the new voucher is automatically sent out by email. You can check their current status and validity by logging into the italieonline.eu booking system.
How can I use the voucher?
When you make a new reservation, the system will offer you to deduct all valid vouchers from the total price of your stay in the form of a discount, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Is there any limit to the total value of the vouchers used?
No, if you have enough vouchers collected, you can have a free holiday.
An acquaintance would like to book a holiday, can I give them a voucher?
No, vouchers are non-transferable, but send the friend a link with your ID and you will receive a voucher for their booking as well. You can then use this for your next holiday and if you have a lot of these friends, you can have your holiday completely free.
What if the friend then cancels the booking, will I lose the voucher?
To issue a voucher, all the client has to do is pay the deposit. Even if the friend decides to cancel the booking afterwards, your voucher is still valid.
Where can I share the links everywhere?
The best way to share links is on FB, either as information for friends about where you are going on holiday or even a tip on an interesting location or accommodation. Links can also be added to your blog or favourite discussion forum, your website, etc.
Where can't I share links?
Links must not be shared or published in breach of good manners or on inappropriate sites (e.g. porn, erotica, gambling, illegal content, etc.) and in unsolicited messages, etc. In the event of a violation of this policy, we reserve the right to block the user's account and cancel vouchers already issued without refund.
