The Blu Senales Active & Family Resort hotel complex consists of two hotels: Hotel Cristal and Hotel Zirm, is located in Maso Corto in the Val Senales (Schnalstal) area, at an elevation of 2,100 meters, right next to the ski slopes and across from the ski lifts and cable cars leading to the glacier, which operate year-round.
Guests have access to a lobby with a reception desk, two bars and a restaurant, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, table tennis, children’s entertainment (in Italian), free outdoor parking (subject to availability), or garages for a fee of 15 €/day (payable on site; cannot be reserved in advance).
The hotel also offers a fitness center and an indoor pool (swim cap required)—free admission; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Wellness center (for guests 16 and older): sauna, Turkish bath, ice waterfall, hot tub, Kneipp circuit, relaxation area.
Baby cribs are available for a fee of 10 € per day. Stays with a small dog are available upon request at the time of booking, for a fee of 30 €/day.
Meals: half-board—breakfast and dinner buffet-style (drinks not included).

The Maso Corto - Senales ski area offers 13 ski lifts and cable cars, with a total of 43 km of downhill slopes and 17 km of cross-country trails, a 3.3 km toboggan run, and the Giogo Alto Glacier at 3,200 m above sea level—the Ghiaccia cable car reaches it in 6 minutes.
