Le Residenze di Santa Costanza is located in San Vincenzo, about 400 metres from the beach and close to the shopping centre. The resort consists of four buildings (all with lift): Le Dimore, il Lentisco, il Mirto and il Corbezzolo, with a communal garden, parking, coin laundry and outdoor swimming pools. The Standard, Superior and Deluxe apartments have a dedicated panoramic rooftop pool, while the Comfort apartments have a classic outdoor pool on the ground floor.
The apartments are practically furnished, with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. They can be located on the ground floor with a terrace or on the floors with a balcony (not selectable in advance).
Possibility to stay with a small or medium sized dog for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally, to be requested at the time of booking. Final cleaning does not include cleaning of the kitchenette (always the responsibility of the clients, otherwise charge 30 €).
