These are discounted insurance packages that must be ordered at the same time as booking your stay, for all the persons listed in the travel contract. It is not possible to make any changes or additions to the booked package. The insurance starts/ends on the start/end date of the stay specified in the travel contract. In case of change or cancellation of the insurance, a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the insurance package being changed or cancelled will be applied.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covers the risks associated with illness or accident on holiday. Normal sporting activities (including winter sports) are already covered. Cover starts when you leave your place of residence in the Czech Republic or from the date stated in your insurance policy, whichever is later, and ends on your return to the Czech Republic or the date stated in the insurance policy, whichever is earlier. The insurance premium is only for holiday stays in the EU.
Cancellation insurance

Cancellation insurance covers the risk of cancellation or shortening of the trip for serious reasons on the client's side. Cover includes death, illness or accident of the traveller or a family member, termination of employment for redundancy, summons to court to give evidence and other risks specified in the policy conditions. Of course, the risks associated with Covid disease are also fully covered - i.e. any positive test or quarantine before going on holiday.
Liability insurance
Liability insurance will also contribute to a stress-free holiday. Children playing in the garden with a ball and breaking a window in the apartment or hotel room, or accidentally knocking over the TV which falls to the ground and breaks. In normal situations, the parents must pay for such damages directly to the owner or operator. Liability insurance also covers these claims. so you pay for the damage on the spot, have a receipt made out and then submit it to the insurance company for reimbursement.
