Hotel Scherlin is located in a picturesque mountain valley, 5 km from Ortisei in South Tyrol. There is a bus stop for the Ortisei bus line right in front of the hotel, as well as a Skibus stop. The hotel is 12 km from the ski resort of Selva di Val Gardena and 33 km from the famous town of Bolzano, where the railway and airport are located

In addition to beautiful Alpine-style accommodation, there is a wellness centre with indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, a hot tub, a Finnish sauna, an emotional shower and a steam bath. The wellness centre is open from 15:00 to 22:00. The hotel has a 24-hour fitness centre. Guests can also use the hotel's reception, bar, lift, ski storage, lounge, restaurant with local specialities, parking and garage. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel
The Hotel Scherlin also offers half-board meals to its guests. Breakfast is served buffet style, while dinner is a three-course choice. A salad bar is also available during dinner. Meals start with dinner and end with breakfast. Guests staying at the hotel over the Christmas holidays are included in the Christmas dinner on 25 December. If staying over the New Year, a festive dinner is served at a cost of 40 euros per person
On request, dogs can be accommodated at the hotel for a fee of 10 euros per night. Guests over the age of 14 are required to pay a sojourn tax of approx. 2.10 euros per person per night. The fee is payable locally and is subject to change.
