Toscana Charme Apartments is set in Tirrenia in Tuscany, around 300 metres from a sandy beach. Each apartment has one double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed, air conditioning and an outdoor patio. It is possible to use the swimming pool at Toscana Charme Resort. A parking space can be reserved for a fee of € 10 per day.
A mandatory fee of 150 €/apartment/week is payable locally, which includes linen, towels, air conditioning, energy consumption and final cleaning. The kitchen must be left tidy. Otherwise a fee of 50 € will be charged. A refundable deposit of 150 €/apartment is payable on arrival, which is returned to the client once the apartment has been handed over in good order. Staying with a small dog (max 10 kg) is allowed for an additional fee of 10 €/day.
