The renovated, newly furnished Parco Hemingway apartments are located in a quiet, green area of Lignano Pineta, about 800 m from the beach and the centre of the resort. Guests have at their disposal a garden, a swimming pool for children and adults (open from approx. 15/5 - 15/9) with sun terrace, communal laundry facilities and parking. The resort is adjacent to the very popular Parco Hemingway, which provides ample space for children's play and relaxation, cycling or in-line skating and often hosts various performances. All apartments have security doors, satellite TV, safe, coffee maker, hairdryer, microwave and air conditioning

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 €/day, payable locally.
In the low season the possibility of short stays on request, for these stays there is a mandatory fee of 110 €.
Groups of young people up to 28 years of age must be notified in advance when booking (higher deposit 800 €).
