Frico: the crispy cheese classic

Cjarsons: a surprising combination of sweet and savoury
Cjarsons are one of the most interesting dishes of the entire Italian cuisine. At first glance, they resemble ravioli, but their filling will surprise you.
They typically contain a combination of potatoes, raisins, cinnamon, herbs, sometimes cocoa or dried fruit.
