The booking system allows you to book beach service for the following week only. This protects guests from selling out of available places to day visitors. So if you need to book for your stay for a longer period, please email us email (ideally with your booking number)and we will be happy to send you a discount code. You will receive a 10% discount on this code, plus you can select any dates throughout the season. Do not share the discount code with anyone, it is valid for one booking only!
1) Enter your dates and choose your sector
Select the date of your stay (from - to) - entry "Intervallo di date". If you do not plan to be on the beach on the day of departure, do not enter it, you would be paying an extra day unnecessarily. Choose the beach sector - Dolphin, Crab or Turtle - depending on the location of your accommodation or your requirements.
2) Enter the discount code
Enter the code you received from us in the "Coupon/codice sconto" field.
3) Click on "Verifica disponibilità"
Once clicked, a map with the currently available parasols will be displayed. The umbrellas are divided into first rows directly on the beach by the water (3-4 rows marked A-D) and other rows that are placed on the raised wall.
4) Select an umbrella on the map
The umbrellas are marked with a row and a number. Green ones are available for reservation, grey ones are already occupied. Click to select a specific spot and the booking system will display the date and price straight away. Click on "Acquista ora" and in the next step fill in your contact details (only the mandatory details marked with an asterisk are required). Don't forget to tick both bottom boxes with an asterisk (GDPR and general conditions) and click on "Invia" (submit).
Unfortunately, booking multiple parasols in one purchase does not currently work, so you need to make one booking for each parasol (updated as of 14.5.2026).
5) Complete the reservation
Once submitted, the system will redirect you to a payment gateway where you can pay by credit card. After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation in your email and the parasol and sunbeds are yours for the selected date only. If you need to check on the beach, just show your mobile phone, no printing is required

Delfino sector or the edge of the beach
The best value for money is often in the 3rd row. Alternatively, try the first row on the raised wall - you may have to walk down about 6-7 steps to the sea, but you have a better view.
What to look out for
- Last day of stay
vouchers are only valid for bookings of 7 days, if you are leaving in the morning, don't book on the last day of your stay, but use the arrival first thing in the morning and go to the beach before the apartments are cleaned up - Availability varies
what is free today may not be tomorrow - Reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable
once paid, reservations cannot be cancelled or changed! Money cannot be refunded!
