Residence Poiano Resort is approximately 1.5 km from Garda and Lago di Garda. It is the ideal place to spend a quiet family holiday in the countryside. There are 160 apartments and according to the architectural styles the residence is divided into 6 two and three storey sections. Residence A is the historical part of the building, which has been renovated and was the basis of the entire resort, Residence B-C is built in a modern and functional style, (apartments on the ground floor with a terrace with direct access to the garden, and on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the lake and the surrounding area), Residence D offers a beautiful view of Lake Garda (apartments have a terrace or balcony) and Residence E-F consists of country-style apartments with a balcony or terrace with garden furniture, which are located in the central part of the resort.
For guests there is a reception, bars, restaurant, parking, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, 6 tennis courts including private lessons (for a fee), football pitch, beach volleyball court, gymnasium, playground, ping-pong, bike rental (for a fee of 3 €/hour), laundry (for a fee of approx. 5 €/laundry cycle or drying, no powder), shop, safe deposit box for a fee of 2 €/day. For a fee of 15 €/person/3 hours you can visit the new wellness centre (for over 18s) - saltwater pool, Turkish bath and sauna, massages. Visits to the SPA centre must be booked in advance. From mid-May to mid-September, the resort runs a Junior Club.
All apartments have new air conditioning, centrally controlled reception (weather permitting). Breakfast or half board can be purchased on request. Possibility to rent a baby cot for a fee of 5 €/day.
The residence offers the possibility to use the airport transfer (for a fee) or the shuttle service to Lake Garda.
A refundable security deposit of € 200 is payable by credit card (cannot be paid in cash).
Upon arrival, a mandatory sojourn tax is payable locally.
