Guests can make use of the lounge, restaurant, Wi-Fi, lift, ski storage room, garden and parking subject to availability. The reception is located in the neighbouring Hotel Monclassico, which is connected by a corridor. The ski bus is an external service not organised by the hotel but included in the price.

Meals are half board (HB): breakfast buffet and three-course dinner with a choice of menu + salad buffet.

Small dogs are allowed on request and for a fee of 50 €/stay.
