New Villa Maria (after complete interior renovation in 2026, planned renovation of the shell in 2027) is located in Bibione, on the border of Spiaggia and Lido dei Pini, right in the centre of the resort and just a few steps from the beach and Piazzale Zenith. These are completely renovated apartments with washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, microwave and uncovered parking space. There is an elevator in the building. Free WI-FI - one access code for each apartment with the possibility to connect up to three devices.

Moc hezký apartmán na výborném místě, byly jsme 2 dospělí a 4 děti a dispozice pro nás byla ideální.
Position:
Skvělá poloha na konci promenády, kde nebyl tak velký hluk jako přímo na promenádě, ale ticho tam také není. Vzhledem ke klimatizaci a novým oknům se ale dal venkovní ruch ztišit. A je to jen pár kroků na pláž, za 4 minuty se koupete.
Staff:
Nebyl žádný problém, milé, usměvavé slečny.

Beach:
Pláž je super (v rámci Bibione měřítek - hodně lidí, ale díky prostoru se to rozprostře, tak je to ok). Akorát slunečníky jsme neměli k dispozici uplně nejblíž, ale asi 10 minut pěšky. Ale to bylo vrcholnou sezonou, že už nebyly volné žádné bližší.
Az idén is nagyszerű élmény volt a nyaralás, a gyerekek is nagyon élvezték. Többször voltunk, de a mostani apartman volt az eddigi legjobb. Ha jövőre is Bibione lesz az úticél, valószínűleg megint ide foglalunk majd szállást.
Position:
A parttól kb. 100 méterre van az apartman, a közelben több étterem, kávézó, fagyizó és bolt is található.
Staff:
Mindenki kedves és segítőkész volt, semmilyen probléma nem merült fel.

Felújított apartman, modern műszaki eszközökkel (mosógép, mosogatógép, indukciós főzőlap, mikró, légkondi), új bútorokkal, minőségi konyhai felszereléssel. Igényes fürdőszoba.
A kilátás az erkélyről kissé lehangoló, de erről nem a szálláshely tehet, sajnos körbe van építve a terület.

Csak ismételni tudom az előző pontban leírtakat. Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve.
Beach:
Remek, mint mindig. Szépen rendben tartott a strand, folyamatosan gondozva van.
Sport and entertainment:
Rengeteg sportolási lehetőség van a parton (röplabda, foci, kosárlabda, panel, futás, kerékpározás, stb.) és a vízben is, aki mozogni akar, megteheti. Mi szokás szerint a reggeli és esti futást választottuk a part mentén.
Board:
Az apartmanban értelemszerűen nincs étkezési lehetőség, de a környéken rengeteg az opció. Mindenki találhat kedvére valót.
