Three... two... one... Aperol Spritz! One of Italy's most popular aperitifs and mixed drinks. Beautiful deep orange color, bubbles, orange, ice.
A delicious combination of colours and flavours that will bring refreshment on hot summer days.
Fancy one? Then get ready:
- three parts prosecco
- two parts aperol
- one part soda water
- a few ice cubes
- a slice of orange
- and a glass large enough
Fill the glass half or two-thirds full with ice. Pour in 1 part soda water, 3 parts prosecco and finally 2 parts aperol, in a circular motion, so that all the ingredients combine in flavour. Add a slice of orange and the drink is ready.
And what's the measure of that part? The standard is 2 cl, but it's up to you and the size of the glass you're reaching for.
